Miami University - Lecturer Faculty Position
The
Department of Geology and Environmental Earth Science at Miami University
invites applications for a full-time Lecturer faculty position on the Oxford
campus, beginning August 2016. The Lecturer
will teach undergraduate courses, including foundation courses
in physical and environmental geology, as well as intermediate level courses;
advise undergraduate students; provide professional service to the department
and university. Required: M.S. in geoscience by date of appointment and documented
teaching experience. Desired:
Ph.D. in geoscience with interest in contributing to supervision of
undergraduate student research and field-based experiences. Submit
cover letter, vitae, statement of teaching philosophy and experience,
