The Department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology invites applications for a tenure-track position in the broad area of Geophysics, including theory, observation, and experimentation. We seek an outstanding scientist with the potential to conduct innovative research and excel in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in geophysics or a related field by the start of employment.
